Who can use NavStar Shipping?
NavStar Shipping is open to both businesses and individuals. All applicants go through the same verification process and select a service tier upon approval.

We primarily serve clients in luxury goods, tech hardware (chips, hard drives), medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and jewelry. 

Choose Membership Tier

What are the membership tiers?
NavStar Shipping offers tiered plans based on the total value of warranty coverage per month. Coverage starts at $50,000 and scales up depending on your needs. Monthly pricing varies by tier and shipping zone.

Is there a minimum wallet funding amount?
Yes. Members must have at least $500 in their wallet.

Do I choose the carrier or does NavStar handle that?​
Members choose the carrier and schedule pickup time, date, and location during shipment setup. 

How does tracking work?​
We use our own advanced tracking devices. Members and recipients can monitor shipments in real time. 

What happens if a tracker is lost or not returned?​
NavStar will replace the device. If not returned by the recipient, the member will be billed directly through their wallet.

What’s the return process for trackers?​
Recipients receive clear return instructions in the shipment box. If the tracker isn’t 
returned, NavStar follows up via SMS, phone, and—if needed—charges the member.

Warranty & Claims

What’s covered under the warranty?​
Each shipment is covered for its declared true value, up to $100,000. Warranty protection applies only when shipments follow all NavStar protocols.

How long does it take to process a claim?​
Claims are typically reviewed and resolved within 60 days. 

Is there a deadline to file a claim?​
Yes. Members must file a claim within 24 hours of delivery.
